B.A. cum laude with honors in English from Tulane University in New Orleans, 1975. Twenty-four hours in the masters programs at the University of Southwestern Louisiana (1976) and the University of New Orleans (1979).

PERSONAL
Forty-eight years old, excellent health, married with six children (aged 4 to 17 years) and numerous pets.
