#1 All art must be in either gif or jpeg format. No pngs, psds, or bmps.
#2 Fan art must be Tolkien or LotR related.
#3 Blends (and other things of that nature) are not allowed. Some digital art like art made in programs in Art Dabbler or pictures created in photoshop using tools as the airbursh MAY be accepted.
#4 Only high quality art will be displayed.
